I was responsible for leading the Shutterfly user experience design team that re-imagined and created a photo book creation experience. The goal of the project was to create a feature rich platform to enable users to express themselves and create a beautiful photobook. The approach we took was to enable customization while still keeping ease of use. Multiple versions of this product such as Story Board and Simple Path significantly improved conversion.
